My apologies go out to Wishhounds Promotions for not being able to get a banner up in time for their gig tonight at The Vic - featuring James Yorkston, Pictish Trail and Rozi Plain. Doors open at 8pm with entry costing £7.

Musical Credibility

This weeks debate is a question of musical credibility...

A month or two back at the Furnace I remember seeing a band who both me and my friend saying “It was good of Yankeeboy to book Paramore at such short notice but Hayley’s let herself go”

The point being, this band probably got into music because they liked the style of music and judging by the songs they’ve written they’re probably fans of Paramore and other similar bands.

Banner Rotation

I am starting a banner rotation at the top of the screen for anybody who may be interested in advertising on Swindon Music. Ads will appear in a rotation on every page of the website with an advert selected at random. No money will be involved but ads will be displayed in exchange for services, guest list entry, free cd's etc.
