I just end up back here and logged in.

Still can't log out. What's the problem? Do I have to leave my profile open to ayone who jumps on this PC. Is anyone gonna look into this?

How are you trying to log out? Which browser are you using? When you log in, do you check the 'Remember Me' box? Can you try logging out at the following URL:

Yeah. Tried that link and the two log out buttons on the site and then I get redirected back, logged in, no difference. I used IE8. Yes I do have remember me clicked but that just keeps you logged in. It's never stopped me logging out before and nor should it.

I still can't log out. Is anyone gonna do anything about this?

I'm investigating, in the meanwhile can you clear your temporary internet files, any cookies from this website and try logging in and back out again?

Done that. Still logged in.

A whole week of not being able to log out now.

Sorry, had a quick investigation but can't replicate with IE8 here. If you have deleted any cookies from this website and click Log Out there is no reason you would be kept logged in. At the point where you log out the 'session' is destroyed, along with the cookie. If the cookie isn't removed (Local permissions? Are you browsing at work?) you would still be logged in the next time you visit the website.

Check in your temporary internet files (Internet Options > click 'Settings' under Browsing History, then click 'View Files'), is there a cookie belonging to swindonmusic.co.uk there? Should be named something similar to [yourlogin]@swindonmusic[1].txt.

It worked. I can log in as my other alter ego again.

Good stuff, that was confusing me. Which bit fixed it?

I deleted the cookies.
