Power Amp repairs?

I got a few ex install amps, and one has a DC current problem - blew a tannoy of mine... want to get them looked at and see if they are worth repairing... any suggestions?!

It's a Citronic Pro-D1200

One side is fine, the other must have a DC current problem, it blew one of my really nice Tannoy speakers!

I have two, and to be honest, if I can get ONE working amp from the two, I'd be over the moon!
