Here's the thing, my laptop is in need of a serious overhaul but I have absolutely no understanding of how to make it run better.

Is there a kind hearted soul out there that might be able to hook a brother up. I can repay you with a bottle of your favorite poison or some jars.

Please help, otherwise this laptop is going out the window.
