The Fleshtones - It's Super Rock Time - The IRS Years
Seminal American Garage Rock Gods finally reissue classic material

Yeah most on here won't care but hey it cheered me up

The Fleshtones have been around since the late 70's playing an infectious blend of 60's influenced Garage Rock and New Wave, they've released nearly as many albums as The Fall, annoyingly their best material recorded between 1980 and 1985 for IRS Records has been out of print for years and in several cases has only ever been available on original vinyl presssings.

Anyway in 2 weeks time a legit CD compilation of the bulk of that material is being released

Reckon Bozley, Neil G and possibly Mr Fowler will be interested in this news

Finally I can ditch my rather lo fi vinyl - cdr copies.

Listening to it at the moment

Brilliant stuff

Kinda 60's Garage meets early 80's new wave there's even elements of glam punk in there as well.

This is well worth seeking out
