Was reading a review which said that when members of his family read the early scripts their main criticism was that it didn't portray him as being a big enough c**t. I think this is going to be a brutally honest view of the man. Andy Serkis is a brilliant bit of casting if the trailers are anything to go on.

Very interested in this one. Hope it's not overly stylised though; the trailer is a bit 'shiny', if you know what I mean.

Saw it last nite, not totally true to the book version of the same name that i've had for a few years, but worth a watch all the same. Its just a shame films have to cut bits, there are a few bits in the book that would have added to the film's humour.

Andy Serkis is definately believable as Ian Dury, & the music for the film is Andy Serkis with the current Blockheads line up.

Only on tonite & tomorrow, 9.15pm at Empire Cinema, Greenbridge, so you'll have to rush to catch it.
