My name is Sean. I live, at present in Chiseldon. I am in a band called Leningrad and I play rhythm/lead guitar and sing. I run the band nights at the Elm Tree pub in Chiseldon. I also help to organise the Party on the Green (formerly Festival on the Green), which is a 12 hour extravaganza of live music.

Oh yeah, I suppose the main purpose of this thread, I aint in a band I can drunkenly bash the living shite out of a snare drum as kerby will vouch for (sorry for deafening your mates haha) am quite good on a triangle, but I am an experienced Tour Manager for up to medium sized tours (we're talking venues the size of Koko and doing Reading and Leeds and a Club NME tour, and I enjoy the day job as a Library assistant

I'm called Rich, I like The Fall, beer, pies and spending time with my wife, I'm often found pretending to DJ at The Furnace with Dr Dust as well as promoting gigs at the Songs of Praise nights (and The Shuffe).

The things (other than people) what do make life worth getting up for in the morning are:- books, cats, music, beads, food (I eat too much and do too little....what the hey, some foods are worth being a bit fat for), booze, pretty natural stuff like trees and that, films that make your chest hurt, and lying in bed.

And I know it's a cliche but I really do like the feeling of being in a caravan and hearing rain on the roof. Haven't done experienced it for over a decade, but sometimes I just pretend.

By day I can be found herocially attempting to stuff knowledge into reluctant teenager's heads, by night I can be found playing in seven years on, running around the streets of Swindon, taking things apart to try and find out how they work, or spending time with the very beautiful 'er indoors. Likes include Stereolab, Led Zeppelin, custard and gadgets. Dislikes include Leslie Garrett, winter in Swindon, and overdrafts. I'm a secret fan of the deeply unfashionable music called 'folk'.

I am currently a resident of North London but am frequently dragged back to the warm and matronly bosom of Swindon. I spend my time listening to lily livered indie music, drinking in old man boozers (sometimes with the old men) and fending off responsibility with a big stick.

I earn my money as a primary school teacher which means alternating between telling eight year old children to stop flicking bogies at each other and giving them some kind of education. The bogies usually win.
