rss feeds not working?

I use an RSS feed to check out what's going down in swindonmusic town, but it seems to be stuck and doesn't update if I reload it. Could there possibly be a problem Mr Adam Sir?

Which feeds aren't working for you and where are you using them? Nothings changed in a while so I'm not sure what could be going wrong

ok, I just deleted the RSS from my toolbar and re-added it, and it seems up to date now. I think it might be firefox going a little dolally!
