She writes s**t fucking 6th form lyrics, that can only be appreciated by retards who think she genuinely has something to say.

Dizzee Rascal... Why? "Bonkers" it's diabolical and I must have heard it a zillion times. The follow up "Holiday"... even worse. Has he been taking lyric writing lessons from Lilly Allen? It sounds like some wank he's knocked together in 5 minutes for the 12 year olds that hang around outside the shop by my house, listening to their shitty music on their shitty phones, whilst trying to persuade anyone that walks by to go in and get them ten Lamberts. It's not just the idiots (that don't realise they are idiots and that this is crap) it the fact that there are enough of them to validate the existence of this horseshit.

Why do I know every single word of that JLS song? Every word, I s**t you not. how did that get into my brain?

New Arctic Monkeys single reminds me of a Half Man Half Buicuit Song about Trumpton.

I have no problem with samples either, but whats this current trend for stealing what amounts to pretty much a whole song? I don't know who it's by, but the bitch who has basically re-released "Echo Beach" with different words and an incredibly s**t tune, should be shot in the head.

I just hate R&b , i just don't get what radio 1 is doing with there music why play that s**t when there is some " black " channel to play it?

What annoys me is that Akon probably lives in a ghetto castle with diamond booty shaped turrets a moat filled with Cristal and generic porn star would-be bitches mopping his brow after a hard day straining out inspired lyrics. While people who are genuinely talented and inspiring are left without even a tiny percentage of the success they deserve, where is there gold weaved bedspread and fresh blowjob in the morning?

So yeah anything by Akon. If you like Akon you're a retard, the musical equivolent of eating mcdonalds having a s**t in your hand then eating that again and again for eternity.

I've been forced to listen to Frankmusik at work, I like 3 little words but the rest is shite.

Florence + The Machine is the new face of the "yeah I really like my 'real' music" as they profess this could be better than their favourite album of 2008 Kings of Leon (2003 called it wants it's taste back).


That said two of my favourite singles this year have been Kid Cudie- Day n Nite (crookers) and Dizzee Rascal- Bonkers great pop tunes.

I prefer to check out people's recommendations through Myspace, Youtube, etc. I can happilly spend a few hours just listening to random bands on the net. It's kind of like the virtual version of hanging out in record shops.

But whilst we're on the subject, what's with that cover version of Duffy's 'Mercy'? I can't remember who's done it, but it sounds exactly like the original which only came out last year. Why?!?
