Hello everyone!!

Some of you may have heard some may have not of heard but I am organising a calender with a difference!!!

Alan Holmes of Holmes Music asked for suggestions to raise money for the Goldenhar charity, and I quite off the cuff said lets do a nude calender.... LITTLE did I know it would turn into what promises to be a very exciting project..... If I am honest I love this type of photography, its not porn its art... tasteful, artistic, ambient B & W photography with a twist!!! The little twist being that models will not be totally naked they will be spared that by covering up their private parts with musical instruments and shadows which Darren and I will create with our lighting!!

We are confirming the venues for the shoots which will take place over the next 3 weeks on Sundays. We already have confirmed models for the shoot however as a calender we would like to have 12 people also if couples or whole bands want to pose for a month then we could do group shots too, so the more models we have confirm the better!!!

Working alongside me and in colaboration with this amazing project and one that is for a wonderful charity will be:

Darren Coleman - Darren alongside myself will be photographer for the calender
Billy Beaumont - Billy is our designer of the calender and also assisting with art direction
Alan Holmes - anything to do with the charity information
Jamie Stapleton - Contact Jamie to volunteer for modeling

All those involved will be mentioned and thanked formerly on the calender and if so wished we can name which band you play in.

The theme of the calender is implied nudity with musical influences, ie. musicians, and instruments!!

So please, please get behind us on this it will be quite something to be proud of - the launch of the calender and where it will first go on sale will be on December 14th at The Blunsden House Hotel.

Dont be shy come forward and remember this is a project to be held with much integrity and also a little bit of tongue in cheek fun

Billy and I had a meeting on Saturday and the ideas I had for the front cover of the calender are looking fabulous, Billy is a top artist he has captured for our sketch book for the calender exactly what I had in mind!!

Dont forget the calenders will go on sale on December 14th at Blunsden House Hotel, the tickets are already on sale at Holmes Music shop

Keep following the thread and a reply or two would be rather nice

Just as an idea how many of you will be willing to sponsor models for volunteering to do the shoot? Its an amazingly brave thing to do and I have the UTMOST respect and admiration for those models -

so come on guys and gals will you sponsor the models to actually take part in this shoot??

BTW the book is now closed we have lots of lovely muscians willing to model for the calender - hats off to them all!!

Launch of the Calender will be December 14th - lets see some of you buying them!!! they will be a limited edition - more news to follow...

the first calender shoot today was a fantastic success, it was fun, relaxed, professional and have some bllomin amazing photos to prove it.. so save up your pennies to buy one of these limited edition calenders!!

They will be on sale (date to be confirmed) at Riffs Bar, The Vic, Holmes Music!!

Its going to be an abosolute corker of a calender!! I just want to say HUGE thanks to those models who were involved in todays shoot - massive amount of thanks to all of you for a sense of humour that was second to non and stylishly, devilish and sexy looks too

am tired now but very happy - today = success!!!
