This TV show is a must see, Basicly each week 2 canadian friends have competitions and the one who looses has to do a humiliation bet, the 2 guys are kenny hotz and spencer rice but matt stone and trey parker(south park) are involved in it aswell.

Its fucking hilarious, check it out.
