Apart from mad Rachel I thought Laura had the best voice in the competition, having said that, talent doesn't win the X Factor, the likes of Steve Brookstein, Shane Ward and Leon do, the X Factor is voted for by 12 year olds with huge mobile phone bills and pensioners.

Anyway if she'd won she'd have only ended up recording dreary songs suggested by Simon Cowell, a man who might have made his millions from music but was responsible for Robson and Jerome and Sinitta amongst others.

Actually Brookstein is just back from a tour of Dartford, it's going well for him then : )

A tour of Dartford...hahahaha...thats ace...i really never did understand how he won that!

I hope they decide not to bring her back on to the live shows that would be just so wrong and like you said if she ended up winning then Simon Cowell would end up picking out crap for her to sing and like I said she has enough talent to make it on her own anyway. I dont know about Rachel you know, her voice grates on me after a while, I like Alexandra and I am keeping my fingers crossed for her but then she is too much like Leona Lewis!

I wanted Laura to win the X-Factor, she seemed a nice enough girl and she has a good voice, Rachel is a bit of a nutjob but she can sing. Ultimately it'll probably be won by that bloke who cleans Swimming Pools singing some Westlife cover cause all the over-60s will vote for him.

Haven't seen alot of it, but diana(?) The little blonde one, did a really nice version of nothing compares to you in the audition bit. But she does the most annoying thing with her hands when she sings that drives me mental.

yup it is the most annoying thing in the world...they should strap that arm up so she cant do it!!

Her singing reminds me of that annoying woman from the Cranberries (remember the hit "Zombie" when it sounded like she was singing "donkey donkey donkeeeeeyeeeyeyyeee" ... awful) and she looks like the sort of pony trecking sloan who spends too much time under sunbeds and is studying History of Art at University.. oh and thinks Indie means The Kooks or Razorbloodylight

i said she sounded like her when i first heard her so in that respect shes not unique like they all like to think she is, i dont know tho i cant help but like her!

yeah she was brilliant fun!! i think shes doing ok for herself though. i mean quite a few of them are in the westend in shows like that Ray hes in Grease, so it cant be all bad!

Oh come on that really isnt fair, David Bowie as you well know is in a league of his own!!! xfactor is something completely different and the performance by Leona just goes to proove how good she really is....i thought she was magic!

You think??? i think shes had some really good songs out to be honest, what really gets my goat is the fact they are re-releasing her album with Run and probably a couple of other tracks or remixes or something, which means I will probably have to go and buy the album again the same goes for Rihanna!!

Apparantly the winner is going to release a cover of 'Hallelujah' as their Christmas single. Now I can see that a few of these vapid, identikit stage school horrors have halfway decent voices. I can even admit to watching the odd show or two over the years. But seriously..no. No no no no no no no no no no. No. Just fucking no.
