Everyday I travel to Bath uni from Swindon, which involves a bus journey over Pultney bridge and past the Bath branch of Duck Son & Pinker.
The point of this useless information is to set the scene.
In the window of the shop there is a sign saying "Ukelele £10" and recently I have become more and more tempted to buy one. Liklihood is that it will be cheap and rubbish, but its £10 which is the equivalent of a few cups of starbucks, or petrol (whichever you prefer).
Anyone think its worth a punt?
Best £10 I've spent in a long while !!
Got myself a shiny new yellow one and have written 4 songs on it, not busted it out at a gig yet but when I'm feelin a bit george Fornby one day I'm sure it'll make its magical debut just need to get a pick up for it :D
If you just think of it this way - for £10 I get a nice mini guitarish thing which I can make noise on and have fun looking like a giant trampling on all the mini people as I sing to them !!
WHere is the negative in that, I ask you ??
