I hate footballers, but it makes me laugh when the public expects a (generally) undereducated young bloke on extortionate wages who does not live in the real world to be an upstanding example to people!

Then when they act like cocks the papers are shocked and want them to be hung drawn and quartered. They are footballers, not UN ambassadors. If he wasnt a footballer, the judge probably wouldnt have wanted to make an example of him and he wouldnt have even gone down.
