So, what's do you think so far?

About what I expected, to be honest. A few weak links, and we need a striker. As we have done for over a year. I'm not about to write them off yet, though.

Oh my fucking gosh!

I was generally happy with the Towns performance. Just lacked a bit of commitment. Get a decent striker and we're back in.

I should really stop reading the comments section on the adver website - it's a more depressing read than this site! A few fans are already calling for Di Canio's head.

Everyone seems to be over reacting because it's Oxford (personally I couldn't care less) but apart from two poor goals conceded from set pieces (we've not conceded from open play yet this season) we dominated the game and played well. I thought Smith and Ferry played well in midfield, Clarke looked good up front. We've got one weak link in defence in Devera, but just ask Barnet fans what they think of him (twice player of the year), lets hope he comes good.

I'm sure Di Canio will be working on defensive set pieces and the goals will come. Clarke will score goals and I reckon Connell will have a big part to play this season. Plus, we're on the verge of signing a Czeck international striker.

I'm still at a loss as to why we let *proven League Two goalscorer* Elliot Benyon go out. Seems like a ridiculous decision.
