Reply to Post 26309 by Damien in Saturday 9th August - Durera at The Furnace + More I'm pretty excited about today - especially after having missed yesterday & Thursday! The hype and vibes I'm getting from friends that went to both days is amazing. The buzz and atmosphere is really building up nicely!

From a purely personal point of view, this is going to be a very special day for me. Some of my favourite bands are playing today and there is a great line-up in both The Rolly and The Furnace.

Roll on 12:00! See you there...

Good Man!!

I hope you are able to enjoy a good day mate, it's not the same without you so far!!!

see you at 12, Doza isn't necessarily the opening act today

Really enjoyed tonight... lots of thoughts on the bands that played some nice surprises for me too..

Durera 'One of Swindons Gems' its painful to see their last gig, 3 of us cried when they played, those lads really put on a cracking show, a night that wont be forgotten!!!

Another top night. I am still in awe of just how amazing Divebomb Revolution were. I have never seen the drums played as a lead instrument!!! Luckily the bass and guitar were of equal standard. Absolutely stunning, I think I watched the whole set with a huge wide grin and wide open mouth.
Unreal.

I couldn't make the whole thing, but I saw Divebomb.

They were surely an awesome band, though the drums were definately the lead instrument - it got a little tiresome towards the end for me personally, but they were the best band I've seen on the Shuffle. It is actually criminal they were put on so low on the bill.

Just got back at pissed o'clock so sorry if this makes zero sense!

Brilliant night, every band from Diablo 13 to Durera played outta their skin. Great crowd, atmosphere was superb, I'm just soooo glad to have been a part of it.

Stoked.

I was there too from Doza to Durera. Durera and Divebomb were the highlights for me. We can't all like the same stuff so enough said ; )

BUT The Divebomb Revolution were fucking awsome...fact!

I can honestly say I found something enjoyable in every band I watched last night. That might make me a big gay old blandini, but even when it wasnt my thing I could appreciate just what they had put into their show cos they did it so well.

Was indeed a top day, first off sorry to everyone that i slurred at or spilt drinks over haha I was a little bit wrecked by all accounts : )

All the bands played blinding sets, agree with the comments on divebomb I thought they were tops!!

Funnies bit of the whole weekend was nearly getting in to a fight in the kebab shop over seven years on haha!! He thought they were s**t and didnt like it when i disaggreed (obviously) then asked him to back up his bold statement (which he couldnt) I didnt think people still said "do you wanna take this outside" Chuckled all the way home : ) : )

Just gutted that Im only just getting up so have missed the acts at the behive : (

My word, I feel like I've been run over. That's the last time I'm teching for Seven bands! Argh!

Can't really argue with Divebomb Revolution being the band of the night, I'm definitely in awe of the mighty Ollie.
