I did hear a rumour about this being Durera's last gig on my stag do, but I was so battered it kinda went in one ear and out the other.
This will be a big shame for me personally, as they are one of my favourite Swindon bands. Nice lads, excellent music. It'll be a loss to the SwindonMusic scene.
Does this mark the continuation of the Shuffle-Furnace curse? Last year The Sturgis Armory, this year Durera, who'll it be next year?

2007 - Sturgis Armoury (split up shortly afterwards)
2008 - Durera (splitting up)

I'm pretty excited about today - especially after having missed yesterday & Thursday! The hype and vibes I'm getting from friends that went to both days is amazing. The buzz and atmosphere is really building up nicely!
From a purely personal point of view, this is going to be a very special day for me. Some of my favourite bands are playing today and there is a great line-up in both The Rolly and The Furnace.
