Many bands can claim to make intelligent music, others may be assured that theirs is emotionally rich, some go for wistful, others just powerful and driven. I have just listened to all of that in the space of five tracks."

INTERNATIONAL JETSETTERS myspace
International Jetsetters is an Oxford-based five piece. The band was formed in March 2007 by singer and guitarist Mark Crozer and bass player Bert Audubert who had been working together in various musical guises for a couple of years. Very quickly after the band was formed, Loz Colbert was asked to join (having already been working with Mark, firstly in Jim Reid's band and more recently in the reformed Jesus and Mary Chain.)
MATILDA myspace
Being a female supergroup can bring up garish images of the Spice Girls or Girls Aloud, but Matilda manage to do this with style, substance and musical respect, creating serene, yet at times haunting music.

great line up, haven't seen International Jetsetters yet but love the tracks on their myspace, Loz Colbert is a great drummer and a nice bloke
