Live Acoustic, Folk, Roots Originals
Malcolm & James have played in bands together since 1993 with several breaks inbetween. In 2007 they got together and got serious about songwriting and made a pact that they'd only ever perform their own songs from then on!
After nearly 2 years writing and rehearsing they launched their music at the infamous Acoustic Night in Gloucester Road, Bristol in late November 2008 and received glowing reviews, after another visit 2 weeks later they were asked to do a showcase evening on January 26th 2009 and stormed the evening with 9 of their own original songs.
Ken Chapman joined the duo in late 2008 to add mandolin and a 2nd guitar option.
Now the race is on to secure gigs throughout the south west and beyond and to get firmly lodged on to the folk club and festival circuits before the end of the year!
