Fierce Angel is the new record and club brand from Mark Doyle, the original man behind Hed Kandi. Expect a decadent night of glamour and excess to a soundtrack of the finest fierce and funky house music.
This month Fierce Angel bring you BASSMONKEYS and JUSTIN WILKES.
BASSMONKEYS latest release “Get Busy” featuring Bianca Lindgren – signed to Ego (Italy) in 2009 – is set to become a major hit in 2010. With MTV Europe on board with the video and essential radio plays from Kissy Sell Out on Radio 1 and by Steve Smart as his choice for the Weekend Floorfiller on KISS, it’s off to the best possible start.
Bassmonkeys were a near-permanent fixture in the dance charts in 2009 – whether for their original works or as remix contributors for other artists. “Bad 4 My Health” featuring JD Rox (produced in collaboration with Soulshaker) closed out the year in style by peaking at #1 in the DMC world charts and #2 in Music Week.
Justin Wilkes cut his teeth on the Midlands club scene, playing parties with Midlands DJs like Pete Gooding, and Steve Lawler. He has appeared at Miss Moneypennys, Sundissential, Passion at the Emporium, Turnmills, Ministry of Sound, Cafe Mambo Ibiza, playing alongside world class DJs such as Norman Jay MBE, and Paul Oakenfold.
Justin currently presents shows for London Radio station Kiss100.
