Band Bio
Hey, we are A Beckoning Silence. We have been playing with the current line-up since August 2008 after winning the Swindon Music Service Battle of the Bands. Since then we have been lucky enough to headline the Swindon Youth Festival and gig around the South-West. At present we are compiling our debut E.P. and enjoying playing bigger and better gigs, in front of a growing audience.
Despite trying to pin down our genre, we haven't yet been able to settle on something, however Post-Hardcore is currently our closest match. We take our influences from bands such as Funeral for a Friend, Avenged Sevenfold and A Day to Remember.
We are currently looking for a vocalist so if you are interested get in contact.
